PIT/WSH- The first of 12 games features an elite pitcher in Corbin and a very underrated pitcher in Trevor Williams. If the weather continues to look dicey later this afternoon, I would just pretend this game does not exist. If the weather looks good, I would look towards Corbin and nothing with the bats.

CWS/NYY- You never know what you are going to get from Giolitio from start to start. He either shuts a team down or gets rocked, not much in between. Hopefully, the weather ppds this game so I don’t have to worry about it. I would side with Giolito cheap price tag over the Yanks bats. On the Sox, Tim Anderson, Abreu and the 2 top plays since they mash LHP.

TBR/TOR- With there being so many games on the slate, this is another one where I am just meh. Don’t have much interest in any bats with the Rays being priced up and on the Jays, I don’t have much interest either. However, Galvis has been smoking the baseball and he is very cheap so he would be in play at SS and I also like Tellez, and Grichuk a little bit.

PHI/MIA- The Phillies have almost a 5 run total in Miami which is a testament to the strength of their offense. Alcantara has good stuff so I have hesitant to stack the Phillies here. Arrieta is a good pitcher but it looks like his strikeouts are gone, he seems content to pitching to content which is not something I like for dfs upside.

BAL/BOS- The walk-off win might be exactly what the doctor ordered for the Red Sox to get rolling. A matchup against Hess does not hurt either. The Sox will be very, very popular so as always there is merit to fading the chalky offense in mlb. I am leaning towards stacking the Arlington game than playing the Sox right now. Rodriguez has been terrible just like all Sox pitchers in his first 2 starts, but gets a good matchup here. Besides Mancini and Villar, I don’t like any Bal bats and would consider Rodriguez.

NYM/ATL- The Mets are a pretty sneaky stack today. I like Nimmo, Alonso, Conforto, Ramos, and McNeil as a 5 man stack against Wright. The Mets are pretty cheap and have been swinging a pretty hot bat. I like Wheeler as a pitcher so I am not looking to stack the Braves, but Freeman, Acuna, and Markakis are my three favorite.

OAK/TEX- This is my favorite game stack of the day by far. Arlington is one of the best spots to hit and the weather is looking great. With the way the A’s are swinging the bats, they will probably hit multiple homeruns tonight against Smyly and Fiers has always struggled with homeruns so I think the Rangers can go deep multiple times. I love all the A’s and would look at Odor, Mazara, Gallo, Cabrera, and Choo on the Rangers.

CLE/KCR- Carrasco is my favorite spend up at pitcher today. Royals strike out a decent amount of time and Carrasco has tremendous k upside. No interest in a $7.1k Brad Keller since he is not much of a strike out guy and is a massive underdog in this game. Only thing I would look at in this game is Carrasco and nothing more.

SPD/ARI- Padres are my preferred stack in this game. Weaver has not been good this season and was really bad last year. Padres have a lot of power so I like Machado, Renfroe, Myers and Tatis as a 4 man stack at low ownership. Paddack has really good stuff but I will not be playing him at $9.7k. I do not want to stack ARI, but Escobar, Peralta, and Jones are my favorite one offs.

MIL/LAD- Both pitchers in this game are very young and have the potential to be great in a few years. Burnes has already given up 6 homeruns in just 10 innings pitched and the Dodgers offense absolutely crushes bombs. Bellinger is my favorite followed by Pederson, Muncy, and Pollock. Only interest in MIL is Braun, Aguilar, Cain, and Grandal against a lefty.

HOU/SEA – Two lefties facing off against two talented offenses. With teams like the Red Sox out there, both these teams should get overlooked. Springer, Altuve, Bregman, and Correa are my top 4 Astros and Haniger, Santana, Encarnacion, Beckham are my top 4 Mariners.

COL/SFG- Both offenses have been struggling mightily so far. I would go back to the same strategy I used yesterday which was to get both pitchers from this game. No interest in either offense in this ballpark.
